Palm Jebel Ali is a new and improved project launched and overseen by Nakheel Properties; the new design and concept are all sanctioned by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. What's the plan? Well, to put it simply, 16 fronds, 91 km of new waterfront, and three points of entry that will make access to those from the outside and those leaving from within easy. Upon completion, you’ll find all there is, whether beachfront villas and townhouses or apartments with the most futuristic and modern designs, of course, all include their own private pools, spacious lawns, and direct access to the beach.

There are already two top-tier collections that have been released by Nakheel, The Beach Collection and the Coral Collection, both offered in 8 variations of designs, each just as thought out and intricate in planning and unique. Properties are expected to be handed over in 2027, and if you don't think you want to buy a house yet? That's not a problem, there are many residential plots available for grabs as well.
